GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS
Article 1: Entire Agreement
The following general conditions constitute the entirety of both parties' obligations. The buyer is therefore understood to have accepted without reservations the entirety of the stipulations listed in the general conditions. No general or specific condition included in a document submitted by the buyer can be added to the present conditions if said document proves to be incompatible with these general conditions.
Article 2: Object
The object of the present general conditions is to define the rights and obligations of both parties within the framework of online sale of goods and services offered by www.teloprotect.com à to the buyer.
Article 3: Contractual Document
The present contract consists of the following contractual documents, listed in diminishing hierarchical order: the present general conditions and the online order forms.
Article 4: Entry into Force and Duration

Article 5: Electronic Signature

Article 8: Price
Prices are indicated in Swiss Francs (CHF), in Euros and in US Dollars. They are valid only on the date the buyer places his or her order. They do not take include shipping, special delivery or additional billing costs included before order placement. For deliveries in Switzerland and in Europe, the price includes the VAT applicable the day the order was placed. For deliveries to places other than Switzerland and Europe, prices do not incldue taxes.
The whole price needs to be paid when the order is placed, and at any rate before the ordered items are shipped. At no time will the monies paid be considered as advance payment.
Article 9: Modes of payment

Article 10: Product Availability
Every order shall be processed at the latest within ten days following the day after receipt of the payment related to said order by the bank. Should the product be unavailable, in particular due to delivery failure from our manufacturer, the buyer shall be informed right away and will be offered a choice to cancel his or her order and will be entitled to a refund of the monies paid at the latest one week after the original payment was made.
Article 11: Delivery
Orders are delivered through postal services to the address specified by the buyer on the online order form. The buyer is responsible for checking the condition of the merchandise upon receipt. He or she will inform www.teloprotect.com within 2 days following the delivery in case of defect.
Article 12: Product Warranty
The present general conditions may not deprive the buyer from the professional seller's obligation to provide a legal warranty against all defects, overt or covert, of the product sold. Article 13: Applicable Law
The present general conditions are subject to Swiss law, and in particular to its Code of Obligations which governs all aspects not expressly mentioned in the present general conditions. This will apply whether in regard to fundamental rules or to rules pertaining to form. In case of dispute or complaint, the buyer should first contact Teloprotect® in order to find an amicable agreement. If an agreement is not reached, the buyer may file a complaint with the Canton of Geneva tribunals.
Article 14: Data protection and freedom
The informations requested from the buyer are needed to process his or her order, but they will not be communicated to anyone else.
The present general conditions are in the English language. The buyer acknowledges having full legal capacity to bind himself to the present general conditions.
